From Distribution to Vertical Integration
Technology Kings started in high-end component distribution — GPUs, memory, and storage, sourced directly from manufacturers like Gigabyte, PNY, Zotac, ASUS, Silicon Power, SK Hynix, and Samsung. That foundation still powers our procurement edge today.
But our customers didn't need parts — they needed running infrastructure. So we became the whole pipeline: a system integrator that builds its own machines, an installer that commissions them to power-on, a developer building its own data center capacity, and a partner that sources sites, contracts power and cooling, and lines up the offtaker.
Founded by Matt Truebe (engineer & investor) and Julie Lin (banker & supply-chain owner), we're operator-founders backed by private family capital through our own capital group — no outside fund pressure, fast decisions. That pipeline has delivered dozens of projects totaling more than $1 billion, hundreds of servers at a time.
