1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging Technology Kings (“Technology Kings,” “we,” “us”) for products or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company.

2. Our Services

Technology Kings owns and operates Tier III data centers and provides AI compute, reserved capacity and on-demand, along with server procurement and data center site development. Descriptions of products and capabilities on this website are for general information and do not constitute a binding offer. All engagements are governed by a separate written quote, order, or agreement.

3. Quotes and Orders

Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote and are subject to product availability, manufacturer allocation, and change until a binding order is accepted in writing. Orders are subject to our acceptance and to successful completion of the compliance screening described in Section 5.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are stated exclusive of taxes, duties, shipping, and insurance unless otherwise noted. Payment terms are set out in the applicable quote or order. Title and risk of loss pass as specified in that document.

5. Export Compliance and End Use

All sales are subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and to the sanctions programs administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). By placing an order, you agree that you will not export, re-export, transfer, or divert any products in violation of applicable law, and that products are purchased for the end use and end user identified to us. We may require end-user certifications and may decline or cancel any transaction that does not satisfy our compliance review. See our Export Compliance page for details.

6. Warranties

Hardware is covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, which passes through to the customer. Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, products and services are provided “as is,” and Technology Kings disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Technology Kings will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability arising out of or relating to any engagement will not exceed the amounts paid to us for the products or services giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

This website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are owned by or licensed to Technology Kings and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
