Export Compliance

Advanced computing hardware is subject to strict U.S. export controls. Compliance is built into every transaction we do, not bolted on afterward.

Our Commitment

Technology Kings conducts business in full compliance with U.S. export control and sanctions laws, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) administered by the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) and the sanctions programs administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). We treat responsible provisioning of advanced GPU compute and AI systems as a core obligation.

Screening on Every Order

  • Restricted-party screening. Every customer and counterparty is screened against U.S. denied-party, entity, and sanctions lists before we proceed.
  • Know-Your-Customer (KYC). We verify the identity and legitimacy of the purchasing entity.
  • End-user and end-use verification. We confirm who will ultimately receive and use the hardware, and for what purpose.
  • License determination. Where a license or other authorization is required, we obtain it before shipment.
  • Diversion-risk diligence. We evaluate red flags and decline transactions that present a risk of unlawful re-export or diversion.

Destinations We Serve

We serve the United States and allied markets. Compute and AI systems are provided to verified, known end customers only. We do not serve embargoed or sanctioned destinations or parties on restricted-party lists.

Customer Obligations

Customers agree not to export, re-export, transfer, or divert products in violation of applicable law, and to use products only for the end use and by the end user identified to us. Customers agree to provide accurate end-user information and any certifications we require, and to notify us of any change in the intended destination or use.

Red Flags We Monitor

Consistent with BIS guidance, we watch for warning signs such as reluctance to provide end-use information, mismatches between a customer’s business and the products ordered, requests for unusual shipping routes, and buyers unwilling to provide references or accept standard compliance terms. When red flags cannot be resolved, we do not proceed.
